Problem Framing
Pot Rankinz Kitchen needed a web presence that could carry the energy of Jamaican soul food into every scroll. The brand had a distinctive identity — bold red, yellow, and green, a 3D chef mascot, real island flavor — and needed a site that felt as alive as the kitchen.
What Was Built
madeinvincible.dev built the site around a full-bleed video hero with ambient background music, a feature bar with the core brand promises, and a service layout that makes private dining, off-site catering, and the chef's counter each feel distinct and bookable. The gallery section — Plates, Prep, Party Energy — uses a rotating card carousel to bring the kitchen to life on screen. Still frames were extracted from the screen walkthrough for static previews and the mobile recording was compressed to a web-ready WebM for the project card.
- Video hero with ambient music and a 3D Jamaican chef mascot
- Three-track service layout covering private dining, catering, and the chef's counter
- Interactive menu, gallery, and booking system with Resy, DoorDash, and Yelp integration
Delivery Outcomes
The finished site gives Pot Rankinz Kitchen a bold, food-forward digital home that works as both a menu destination and a catering sales page. Visitors can browse the full Jamaican menu, understand the three service tracks, and connect directly to Resy, DoorDash, and Yelp without losing the restaurant's tone.
